Product Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, which may happen after your order has been placed. If it is not possible to fulfil your order you will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative product with revised delivery date or a full refund.

Prices
All prices shown are inclusive of Value Added Tax where this is applicable. We make every effort to maintain our prices as shown on the website. We do, however, reserve the right to withdraw any item and amend prices when it is necessary.

Deliveries
We aim to meet all orders through stock held, however in times of higher demand, for large orders or special items it may be necessary to extend our normal delivery timescales, should this be the case we will inform you as soon as possible.

Postage and Packing
For all items delivered within the UK postage and packing is priced at no charge for horse products and £5.00 for dog products. Items for delivery to Channel Islands or Northern Ireland at a charge of £10.00.
Items for delivery to Europe will be confirmed at time of order
We reserve the right to update postage and packing prices as necessary

Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Upon receipt of your order please check the condition of your goods prior to signing for acceptance. In the unlikely event that items are missing or damaged please note this next to your signature and inform us immediately, no later than 3 working days otherwise no claim will be considered.

Tax Charges
The tax charges made will reflect the current taxation levels within the UK, currently 17.5% VAT added to all orders to be despatched to UK or EU addresses.

Returned Goods
If you are not happy with the goods you have received for any reason we will provide you with a full refund (less postage and packing) or an alternative item, providing that the goods are returned to us unsoiled and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges will not be made until retuned goods have been received by us.
Returns made after 14 days or goods returned soiled will not be considered for refund or exchange.
Please package all returned goods carefully and follow the ‘trying on’ instructions to avoid any soiling of goods.

If returning goods, complete and enclose the returns slip contained within your package. It is recommended that you obtain a certificate with adequate insurance from the Post Office or chosen carrier as we are unable to compensate for any retuned goods lost or damaged in transit.
